Bartłomiej Gos has over 11 years of experience as an embedded software developer, with a strong focus on the aerospace industry. He has played key roles in developing firmware for airborne safety systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as DO178 C. Bartłomiej’s expertise includes embedded C programming, real-time system design, and hardware-software co-design. His experience spans beyond aerospace, having contributed to projects in automotive and defence sectors. Bartłomiej holds a Bachelor’s degree in Control Enineering and is known for his ability to tackle complex technical challenges and deliver high-quality solutions. He is a proactive team player and a mentor to junior developers.
Maciej Kudzia
Maciej Kudzia is an experienced embedded software developer with 7 years of expertise in the automotive and consumer electronics industries. Maciej has worked on cutting-edge projects involving autonomous driving systems, telecommunications network and fintech applications. His skills include proficiency in C/C++, and real-time operating systems, as well as a deep understanding of sensor integration and signal processing. Maciej’s broad industry experience also covers telecommunications and wearable technology, showcasing his adaptability and technical prowess. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics and telecommunications and is known for his collaborative spirit and innovative thinking.

I work in the automotive industry, creating software for steering systems. I have been developing my skills in the embedded field since 2019. Currently, I’m working on a diagnostic tool using the UDS protocol. I spend most of my time programming STM32 microcontrollers with the HAL library. However, I try to explore embedded systems more deeply, and as a hobby I also program STM8, AVR microcontrollers, and the RP2040.

I am an Embedded Test Automation Engineer at BytesBakers, specializing in automotive audio systems. I focus on designing and implementing automated testing solutions that enhance reliability, efficiency, and overall quality in complex embedded environments. Leveraging Python and modern testing frameworks, I create scalable pipelines and tools that streamline development and validation processes.
Bartosz Kujawa
Experienced in B2B sales, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy, I lead sales and marketing in embedded automotive, avionics, and defense tech sectors. I build strategic partnerships, simplify complex tech for enterprise clients, and streamline sales operations. With a background in account and project management, I focus on client success, process optimization, and growth.
